Help Support Our Mission

The Camp Van Dorn WWII Museum Collections at the Museum in Centreville are a passion of ours, but we can't do it on our own. No matter how big or small your donation, it will allow us to continue to share our story.

There are two primary ways that you could assist us in preserving the memory of
Camp Van Dorn:

1. Financial Donation - We are a 501(c) 3 tax-exempt volunteer organization that depends upon financial gifts of interested people, like you.   Our tax exempt number is File Number 26-0207318.

Please send your contribution to:

Camp Van Dorn WW II Museum
P. O. Box 1113
Centreville, MS 39631-1042

2. Memorabilia - People have been gracious to us, and the museum has received many outstanding artifacts. We are always watching for additions to our collections. We understand and appreciate that any memento of Camp Van Dorn, the men and women who trained there, the civilians who worked there, or residents of Centreville with a Van Dorn connection, is valuable. These historical treasures should be preserved.

If you have an appropriate artifact (no matter how small), we would like to hear about it. Please contact us if you have something you would like to donate. Because of space considerations, we may be unable to preserve more than a few items that are identical to things in our current collections. We are currently seeking photographs of uniformed soldiers, or head shots of the soldiers who trained at Van Dorn.

Artifacts in our care will be cherished and preserved. Our goal is to exhibit the history of the camp and the men and women who served there respectfully and accurately for the benefit of all generations. Your constructive input is welcome and solicited.

Thank you for your interest in the Camp Van Dorn Museum.
